The hotel is conveniently located near decent shopping malls and a supermarket, making it easy to fulfill any shopping needs. it is within walking distance of the metro, providing convenient access to explore the area. the rooms are spacious, providing ample space for relaxation. the staff at the registration counter and concierge are helpful and provide excellent service.

The air conditioning in the rooms is ineffective, resulting in uncomfortably warm temperatures during the stay.

Some taxi drivers were reluctant to take guests to the hotel, possibly due to the short distance from the airport. The hotel staff had difficulties communicating in English.

Great food and helpful staff I recently stayed in a newly built hotel for 5 days. the food served in the hotel restaurant was fantastic, with a wide variety of cuisines available to choose from. the staff were always available and willing to help, providing informative and thoughtful service. the location of the hotel was perfect, with shopping malls and supermarkets within walking distance.

Poor room amenities and inconveniences my experience was hindered by room amenities such as the lack of a table lamp and writing desk, making it difficult to work and complete necessary tasks. the entrance was not easy to locate, and finding taxis proved to be challenging at times, as the hotel was not well-known in the area.
